This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders across Pakistan. Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Delivery Coverage
Classic Footwear1 currently delivers to most cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and surrounding areas, through our trusted courier partners. If your area is not currently serviceable, we will inform you promptly after order placement.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods — any such offer will be clearly displayed on the Site at checkout.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- You can track your shipment status directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal, or contact our support team for an update at any time.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable areas in Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
- We reserve the right to request order confirmation via phone call for COD orders, particularly for high-value purchases, to reduce fraudulent or fake orders.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts for each order.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address, refusal to accept), the order may be returned to us, and further redelivery charges may apply.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout to avoid delays.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Classic Footwear1 is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address/contact information provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at 03255784782 so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
9. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, courier network disruptions, strikes, public holidays, or government restrictions. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will keep you informed where possible.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the steps to report it within 3 days.
- In the rare case a shipment is lost in transit, please contact our support team, and we will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or resolution.
